Our most popular option for corporate events

The full-service Cookie Cart Experience is a complete, turn-key offering. We handle setup, service, and breakdown so your team does not have to manage another vendor detail.

This experience is built around our umbrella cart, which is designed specifically for indoor corporate environments and fits inside standard buildings. All we need is a clear 7-foot diameter space and 6.5 feet of ceiling height. This allows us to confidently serve offices, conference centers, retail spaces, and community venues.

Every Cookie Cart Experience includes:

  • Our signature umbrella-style cookie cart (choice of terracotta red or black and white striped)

  • Two hours of service

  • Service designed for up to 50 guests

  • Up to four cookie flavors

  • Approximately 3 to 4 cookies per guest

  • One professional, on-site cart attendant

  • Planning, setup, and breakdown

  • Dietary-restriction options available, including gluten-friendly, vegan, dairy-free, or nut-free upon request.

Staffing is based on guest count and service flow. Events with more than 150 guests or condensed service windows require additional attendants to keep service efficient and lines moving smoothly.

Additional hours of service are also available.

The Cookie Trolley is designed to support your brand, not compete with it.

Customization allows the experience to feel intentional and aligned with your event goals, from the visual presentation to the cookies themselves.

Custom vinyl branding on the front of the cart ($50-150)

Branded treat bags or custom packaging ($2-4 per guest)

Themed cart décor to match your event or campaign ($150-$400)

Coordinated cart attendant outfits ($100-$250)

Signature cookie flavor development, ideal for product launches, grand openings, and anniversary events ($400)

Custom branding elements require advance planning. We recommend a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks’ notice for branded packaging, signage, specialty design work, and signature cookie flavor developments. Final pricing for branded enhancements is confirmed based on scope, timeline, and guest count.

Corporate Cookie Cart Pricing

Each event includes a base experience fee, which covers the cart, staffing, planning, and service for 50 guests over a two-hour service window:

Price: $1200

Additional guests are priced on a per-person basis at $7/person, allowing the experience to scale naturally for larger events.

Cookie Catering

Corporate cookie catering is available for meetings and events that do not require on-site service or the cart experience.

This option includes cookie assortments sold by the dozen and prepared for easy sharing and distribution. Cookie platters work well for offices, schools, faith-based events, and more.

Cart-Only Rental

Cart-only rental is available for clients who want the look of the Cookie Cart and plan to manage service internally.

Price: $750/day

White Glove Delivery/Set Up: $250-$400

This option is well suited for styled displays, branded photo moments, or events with in-house teams. A refundable damage deposit is required for all cart rentals to protect the cart and equipment.

Many corporate clients ultimately choose the full-service Cookie Cart Experience for the ease and polished execution it provides.

Roaming Milk & Cookies

Sometimes you don’t have room for a cart, or you need your dessert to travel through the crowd rather than remain at a fixed station. Our Roaming Milk & Cookies Service is the answer. A professional server navigates your event with a charming usherette tray, bringing treats directly to your guests wherever they are standing or networking.

Zero Footprint: Requires no dedicated space, tables, or power. It integrates seamlessly into any venue, from tight office lobbies to busy trade show floors.

Continuous Engagement: Keeps your attendees moving and focused on the event flow. There is no need for them to step away from the action to find a snack.

Service Details

$8 per guest (100 guest minimum or minimum fee paid for smaller guest counts).

Includes 1.5 hours of professional roaming service, two gourmet cookies per person, and chilled milk shooters.

Events over 150 guests require an additional server to maintain consistent, high-speed flow.
