Our Philosophy
We make edible time machines. We just call them cookies.
Every recipe on this menu started as a memory. The Cherry Almond Hand Pie exists because growing up, birthday cake was never the ask. Cherry pie was. Always with almond, always homemade. The kind of thing you don't forget. The kind of thing you spend the rest of your life chasing the best version of.
That's the mission behind every single bake. Not just to make something beautiful or impressive, but to make something that stops you mid-bite because it took you somewhere you weren't expecting to go.

What Makes Us Different
The kind of dessert you eat twice just to figure out what you're tasting.
Every bake has leads and supporting actors. The leads are the flavors right there in the name. The supporting actors are there to create contrast, balance, and interest, to lift the leads rather than compete with them. Espresso shows up wherever chocolate does because it deepens and sharpens everything around it. The Couch Potato Cookie dials back the sugar just enough so the Ruffles are completely undeniable. Nothing accidental. Nothing decorative. If it's on the menu it's earning its place.

Cookies are still the heart of everything we do. But hand pies, whoopie pies, brownie bites, bars, blondies, and gourmet rice krispies have expanded the table into something that can stand on its own as the dessert experience at your wedding or social event. How we can work together
Fully Styled Setup: We handle everything. A custom mood board, curated display items, full setup, and breakdown at the end of the night. You enjoy your event. Styling starts at $199 and is quoted based on complexity, number of display pieces, and whether floral accents are included. Most couples invest around $299. A damage deposit is required on all display rentals. Does not include desserts or travel.
Drop Off: We deliver your desserts beautifully packaged and ready to display. Perfect for couples working with a planner or stylist who handles the setup.
Pickup Order: your desserts are packaged, ready to collect from us. Available for smaller orders and local clients across the Denver metro.
Pickup with Display Rental: Add stands, platters, and risers to your pickup order so everything arrives table-ready. A beautifully considered setup without the full styling investment. A damage deposit and non-return fee apply.

We recommend reaching out as early as you can, but don't let timing stop you from inquiring. Most bookings come in two to three months before the event, and we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on the date and the scope. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

We typically recommend two to three pieces per guest for a dessert table. If dessert is the only sweet offering at your event, lean toward three. If you're pairing with cake or another dessert, two is usually plenty.

Absolutely, and we encourage it. A table with cookies, hand pies, whoopie pies, and rice krispies is far more visually interesting and gives guests more to discover than a single-category spread. We can help you build a balanced selection during the planning process.

Yes. Many of our desserts can be made gluten-friendly, vegan, or dairy-free. Each item on our menu is labeled with available modifications. If you have specific requirements, let us know when you inquire and we'll make sure your guests are taken care of.

Yes. We serve the Denver metro area and surrounding cities across the Front Range, typically within a 60-mile radius of our kitchen. Travel fees are calculated based on mileage and staffing needs. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible for your location.

Yes, we offer delivery for orders of seven dozen or greater. Delivery prices start at $10 and are calculated based on mileage.

There’s a 3.4% credit card processing fee for all our services if you choose to pay with a credit card.

Most vendors show up and arrange things on the day. We do the work before we ever arrive. Every styled setup starts with a questionnaire about your aesthetic, colors, florals, linens, and table type. We build a mood board and get your sign-off before anything is finalized. Then we do a full dry run at our studio — every dessert assigned to its stand, every stand assigned to its position — so we walk into your venue with a plan and execute it.

A damage deposit is required on all display rental items and is returned once items are received back in good condition. A non-return fee applies to items not returned within the agreed window. Full details are included in your catering agreement.
