Denver Cookie Cart Rental · Weddings · Mitzvahs · Social Events
The dessert experience that
earns its corner of the room.
Before anyone tastes a cookie, they stop. They grab someone's arm, and say, "Oh my god, look how cute this is?!" That moment — unprompted and unscripted— is what the cookie cart is really about.

The Tiny Cookie Trolley Experience
Great hosts don't just feed their guests. They spoil them.
The cookie cart isn't a dessert table you set up in a corner and hope people find. It's a destination. A fully styled, staffed dessert experience that becomes its own chapter in your reception.
Couples and families across Denver choosing between wedding dessert options — cookie carts, ice cream carts, churro carts, candy bars — often ask us what makes the difference. The answer remains the same: It's not just what you're serving. It's how it makes your guests feel when they find it.
The cookie cart turns dessert into a memorable scene. Something guests stumble upon and can't quite believe is real. And because it's staffed, styled, and completely handled by our team, your guests will feel taken care of in a way that goes well beyond dessert.
"The added charm of the trolley really brought our vision to life. Our guests were talking about the cookies all night."

Nobody's mad about a cookie cart.
Here's how it goes. A guest spots the cart across the room and stops mid-conversation. "Wait, look how cute is this." They get closer. "Are these cookies?! Oh my gosh, these flavors." And then, with the kind of joy that's completely impossible to fake: "How many can I have?!"
And then there are the couples themselves, behind the cart, feeding each other cookies, completely forgetting there's a photographer nearby.
The cart has a way of becoming part of the night's story rather than just the dessert course.

The Original Cookie Trolley
Kari Geha Photography | Venue: Bestow, Longmont
Warm, grand, a little theatrical. The Original Trolley has the energy of a Gilded Age confectionery brought back to life. The kind of cart that makes a room feel like it belongs to a different, more delicious era. Best suited for indoor venues across the Denver metro with standard double doors or larger entrances.
Up to 50 guests – $999
51–100 guests – $1,399
101–150 guests – $1,699

The Umbrella Cart
Ariana Nicole Photography | Venue: Echo Mountain, Idaho Springs
Whimsical, relaxed, and versatile. The Umbrella Cart has a lighter energy than the Original, more garden party than grand ballroom, more barefoot-on-grass than black-tie. The minimalistic cart front is intentionally neutral so it fits any aesthetic right out of the box. Available year-round for weddings, mitzvahs, and celebrations across Denver and the Front Range.
Up to 50 guests – $849
51–100 guests – $1,149
101–150 guests – $1,399
151–200 guests – $1,799

Umbrella Cart Upgrade: Custom wallpaper panel
Tell us your event aesthetic and we'll source a removable wallpaper panel to match (tropical, floral, geometric, maximalist, minimal.) The cart becomes part of your decor, not just your dessert course. Ask us about it when you inquire.

“We had the absolute pleasure of having The Tiny Cookie Trolley at our wedding, and it was a huge hit with our guests!
Kristin was an absolute joy to work with—so kind, professional, and thoughtful. The cookies and cookie cake were not only delicious, but the beautifully designed trolley itself added a charming and memorable touch to our celebration. It was such a unique and fun experience. We can’t recommend The Tiny Cookie Trolley enough!"

The Cookies
Small enough to try them all. Dangerous enough that you'll want to.
Our cookie menu was built for exactly this moment.
Peach Cobbler. Cinnamon Churro. Banana Pudding. Salted Toffee Chocolate Chip.
Twenty odd flavors, each one tiny enough that trying four in a row feels completely reasonable. You'll choose up to five for your cart. Consider this your very enjoyable homework.

What’s included
Dessert? Handled.
Every cart rental includes the same full setup regardless of which style you choose.
Two hours of dedicated service with a trained attendant.
Two to three cookies per guest, up to five flavors.
Custom menu signage styled to your event.
Disposable service ware (napkins and treat cups or bags).
Leftover cookies packaged in to-go bags for guests or the couple to take home.
Full setup and breakdown handled by our team.
"How am I supposed to choose? Can I try them all?"
The most common thing guests say when they first see the menu. With up to five flavors per cart and twenty something options to choose from, that kind of delighted indecision is exactly what we're going for.
How it works
Simple from your end. Handled entirely from ours.
Step 1
Choose your cart and flavors
Pick the cart style that fits your venue and aesthetic. Then choose up to five flavors from our full cookie menu. Feel free to order a sample box first if you want to taste before you commit.
Step 2
We handle everything on the day
Our team sets up the cart, styles the display, and manages service for two hours. At the end of the night, whatever's left gets packed into to-go bags for guests or the couple to take home. You won't need to think about any of it.
Step 3
Your guests do the rest.
Guests find the cart and the math starts immediately. How many flavors can I get? Is it too obvious to circle back? Some rush it, some linger, some pretend it's their first visit when it's very clearly not. This is the part nobody planned for. It's also the part nobody forgets.

Yes. We serve the Denver metro area and surrounding cities across the Front Range, typically within a 60-mile radius of our kitchen. Travel fees are calculated by mileage, staffing needs, and cart type. For venues further out, only the Umbrella Cart is available.
-
Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Sample boxes are $25 for six flavors, two of each. Order one before you commit. You'll taste exactly why guests can't stop coming back. Order samples here.
-
Up to five flavors fit on each cart. With twenty something options on our cookie menu, narrowing it down is genuinely the most enjoyable part of the process.
-
Yes, with some important differences. The cookie cart service is specifically designed around cookies — the display, the service flow, the restocking, the treat cups, the to-go bags at the end of the night. All of it is optimized for what makes cookies work so beautifully in that format. If you've seen our content featuring a broader spread of desserts on the Umbrella Cart, that's a different offering entirely — a self-serve dessert station rather than an interactive cart experience. It's available on the Umbrella Cart only and priced similarly given the setup and breakdown involved. Staffing is available upon request. Because every spread is different, these are quoted individually. Reach out and we'll build something that works for your event.
-
Absolutely. Both carts are intentionally minimalistic so they fit any aesthetic out of the box. The Umbrella Cart also offers a custom wallpaper panel upgrade and a name decal add-on. Ask us about both when you inquire.
-
We recommend reaching out as early as you can, but don't let timing stop you from inquiring. Most bookings come in two to three months before the event, and we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on the date and the scope. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
-
A 3.4% credit card processing fee applies to all services. For events extending past 10pm, a late-night fee of $85 per hour per staff member applies. Overnight fees depend on accommodations pricing..
