Welcome to The Tiny Cookie Trolley, Denver’s first (and only) cookie push cart, serving creative, bite-sized cookies for weddings and events.
We help the non-traditionalists, the cake-haters, and the cookie connoiseurs, throw delicious parties with dainty cookies.
Why Small Cookies?
Bigger isn’t always better when it comes to serving dessert at parties, especially weddings where people are dressed up, often in tight-fitting clothing.
Most attendees don’t want to dive into a whole slice of cake (except maybe your eight-year-old nephew). They just want a little taste of something to cap off the night. That’s where we come in.

About the Founder & Baker:
Hi, I’m Kristin,
Life-long baker and owner of The Tiny Cookie Trolley. After spending five years working in catering, four years running a home bakery, and two years teaching high school culinary arts, I’ve learned a lot about bringing people happiness through food.
I’ve witnessed time and time again how good food plays a vital role in creating memorable experiences.
I know from personal experience planning my own wedding that it’s the little touches – the ones that reflect who you are as a couple – that make the day uniquely yours. That’s exactly what I hope to bring to your celebration with our cookies.

I have a deep love for Ireland. (That’s Dunluce Castle behind me!)
I’m the proud cat mom to two adorable fur balls named Pippin and Swiss Roll.

And despite being a Colorado native, I’ve never once strapped on a pair of skis!

We don’t have a retail location, but our commissary kitchen is in Lakewood, CO.

Yes, we take pride in operating legally and ethically. We have a retail food license and operate out of a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen.
Cottage food businesses are not legally allowed to cater events, nor are they allowed to sell baked goods requiring refrigeration (i.e. buttercream frosted cakes, custard tarts, etc.).

We are not a certified gluten-free facility. So while some of our flavors can be made “gluten-friendly,” meaning no gluten was used in the item, we cannot guarantee it’s 100% GF. (Only foods containing less than 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten can be certified Gluten-Free.)

Yes, absolutely. We love to bake for any kind of event, with or without our cookie cart. See our cookie catering services for more info.

For catering services of 6 dozen or fewer cookies, we kindly ask for a minimum week’s notice.
Larger events and weddings will require as much notice as you can you can give us. Trolley rental requires at least one-month notice and is subject to change.

Fender to fender, our cart is 38 inches wide and about four feet long. With the canopy on, our cart stands about 9 feet tall and is equipped with a folding side table, under canopy lights, and a light-up, LED logo.
Our small size allows us to celebrate indoors. However, we do require double doors to move inside, which may mean certain venues are off limits to us. (We can’t fit through standard doorways.)
